Economic damages exhibits that replay to the same numbers.
Record every assumption with its source, choose from accepted methods under the venue's rules, and export exhibit tables with a methodology-and-sources appendix. Each export is a frozen version: open it later and it recomputes to the figures it printed.

Built for the experts who put a number on the loss
Forensic economists
Personal injury, wrongful death and employment matters: lost earnings, fringe benefits, household services and personal consumption, brought to present value by the method you choose and cite.
Forensic accountants
Back pay, front pay and mitigation ledgers with the arithmetic exact to the cent, every input traceable to a document, a dataset or a stated assumption.
Vocational experts who also compute damages
Start from the earning-capacity opinion you already hold and carry it through to present-value exhibits without a second tool or a spreadsheet of your own.
Exhibits a reviewer can recompute
Exhibit tables in XLSX and DOCX
Earnings, fringe, household-services, consumption and mitigation ledgers, present value by component and a summary: one workbook and one numbered exhibits document from the same computation.
A methodology-and-sources appendix
Generated with every export: for each topic the method used, its description, the inputs and their citations, then the jurisdiction rules applied and a reproducibility note naming the software version, the data vintages and the result hash.
Versioned exports that replay
An export freezes a version of the case. Replay recomputes it and reports any difference, so the numbers in a filed exhibit can be checked long after the case closed.
From earning capacity to damages
MVQS Online establishes pre- and post-injury earning capacity from the evaluee's work history, test scores and ratings. MVQS Damages takes an earning-capacity opinion — from MVQS Online or from any other source — and turns it into present-value damages exhibits.
Both are published by McCroskey Vocational Quotient System (MVQS).
Accounts are separate for now: MVQS Damages has its own sign-in, and figures are entered there rather than imported from MVQS Online.
Three properties you can rely on
- Deterministic: the same inputs and the same data produce the same numbers, to the cent, on every machine and on every replay.
- Assumptions are recorded, not implied: each input carries its method and its source, an export waits until every assumption has been reviewed, and a frozen version is never altered — a change is a new version.
- Public data is bundled with its publisher and vintage and cited in the appendix. Copyrighted tables are never bundled: you enter the figures you are licensed to use, with a structured citation that prints beside them.
Take an earning-capacity opinion through to the exhibits.
Deterministic figures, a generated appendix and exports that replay.
