MVQS Online is the browser‑based successor to the desktop McCroskey Vocational Quotient System — the Microsoft Access program vocational experts have used for transferable‑skills and earning‑capacity analysis. The scoring pipelines were ported step by step from the original program's saved queries and code, so the method, the profile dimensions and the report set are the ones MVQS users already know. Work‑values scoring stays switched off until it is verified against the desktop program.

- Your cases are private to your account. The application checks who you are on every request: an evaluator can open only the cases they created, and MVQS Online administrators can open all. The database also blocks direct access with the public API key.
- Optional two‑factor authentication with any authenticator app.
- Encrypted in transit. Hosted on Supabase and Railway; email is sent through Resend. No advertising or analytics scripts, and no cookies beyond the essential ones the privacy policy lists. Your theme stays in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

What is MVQS Online?
MVQS Online is the McCroskey Vocational Quotient System rebuilt as a web application. You enter an evaluee's work history and test scores; it builds the worker-trait profile, finds the occupations the person can still perform, estimates pre- and post-injury earning capacity and prints the reports. It runs in any modern browser on Mac or PC, with nothing to install.
What do I need to enter?
The evaluee's background and referral, their work history as DOT occupations, and the standardized test scores you already collect — general learning, verbal, numerical, spatial, form and clerical perception, motor coordination, and finger and manual dexterity — plus your ratings of physical demands and working conditions. The app shows what is still missing before you run the calculation. Work values and the vocational-interest questionnaire are optional.
What do I get out?
A worker-trait profile on the DOT dimensions, a vocational quotient, transferable-skills job matches before and after injury, an earning-capacity comparison, and 20 court, attorney and insurance reports. Print any report on its own or the whole pack as one PDF, and export the tables to CSV for your own exhibits. Every report states the assumptions behind its figures.
Which data sources does it use?
Occupations and worker traits come from the Dictionary of Occupational Titles (DOT), with crosswalks to O*NET codes. Earning-capacity estimates come from the McCroskey earning-capacity formulas, adjusted by the regional wage rate and the CPI-U inflation factor for the evaluation year. Every report states the assumptions behind its figures, so each number can be traced and checked.
I used the desktop MVQS — what's different?
Same method and the same report set. New: it runs in a browser on Mac and PC, there is no Access database file to maintain, and your cases live in a hosted, backed-up database. Historical cases do not import yet; new evaluations start clean. Work-values scoring is switched off until it has been verified against the desktop program.

MVQS Online is operated by McCroskey Vocational Quotient System (MVQS), which holds the rights to the McCroskey method and to the desktop MVQS distributed at mccroskeymvqs.com. What does it cost, and can I leave with my data?
